Update Nexus to 3.33.1-01

These changes bump Nexus to 3.33.1 and merge in changes to get the upstream charts up to date with version 5.2.1.

I don't understand the current version field value in Chart.yaml. I set it back to correspond to the latest upstream chart version tracked at (https://github.com/Oteemo/charts) . Are we tracking charts from a different upstream source? Let me know if I'm missing something here.

I tested standalone deploy, git-ops deploy with initial new version, and git-ops deploy through the 22.1.upgrade path. I also verified that a nexus repo created under 29.1.0 was there after the upgrade.
