Ensure app.kubernetes.io Labels for sonarqube

Ensure that all Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets and DaemonSets have the following two labels that Kiali uses: app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kuberentes.io/version. Also undo the previous Kiali label changes (wrapping pod labels in tpl)

However, having to wait on IB to cut the new image so our stuff can be synced with upstream.
