Go to sonarqube.dev.bigbang.mil and verify sonarqube comes up. This may take a few more minutes (15 to 20) then normal. Look for the "Web Server is operational" in the Sonarqube logs.

Navigate to the Prometheus target page (https://prometheus.dev.bigbang.mil/targets) and validate that the Sonarqube target shows as up.
