Resolve "Auto Configure SAML"

Summary

This MR is to extend automation in configuring SSO between Keycloak SAML and SonarQube. The idea is to duplicate something like Anchor and how the product has a fully automated way to get the values from keycloak as the charts are installing. Current methods are manual for gathering the values from Keycloak.
