Ensure app.kubernetes.io Labels for twistlock

Ensure that all Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets and DaemonSets have the following two labels that Kiali uses: app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kuberentes.io/version. Also undo the previous Kiali label changes (wrapping pod labels in tpl)

The current version of Twistlock deployed with BigBang already has the app/version labels. Output:
