Add in contributor scripts

Add contribution scripts from @phillip.warner

Summary

• feat: added scripts for testing
• Some adjustments will need to be made before these can be integrated into this repo properly
• For now, they can be run as stand alone scripts from the contrib dirctory
• Using them depends on sourcing an env file for your console first
• Configuration will come later
