Adds filtering options to get-all-vuln-reports.sh contrib script for collecting scan results.

Here is an example of me running it to collect BOE for Party Bus. In this case, we only wanted scan results for a subset of the images denoted by the collection specified, and since all of the nodes are the same, we only needed data for one node:
