Need Updated Ironbank Vault Image 1.15.2

Please update Ironbank with the upstream image 1.15.2. This image is a requirement for a renovate upgrade.
ie: registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/hashicorp/vault:1.15.2

registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/hashicorp/vault:1.15.2 is not ready and currently being worked on. IB has yet to release any 1.15.X images for vault. There repo can be found here: https://repo1.dso.mil/dsop/hashicorp/vault/1.15
