Stress test networkpolicy wrapper features

Currently wrapper has values for network policy usage:
https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/wrapper/-/blob/main/chart/values.yaml#L93

This issue should include reviewing the templates (https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/wrapper/-/tree/main/chart/templates/network) and testing out each network policy feature.

If any issues are found these should be fixed as part of this ticket. If any "tricky" things are discovered these should be documented to ease customer usage/adoption.
