Keycloak 24.0.5 Upgrade

Summary
Keycloak 24.0.5 is available and an MR is in the Bigbang helm chart to support the upgrade. The plugin should be updated similarly to reflect this.
There have been some changes between 23.0.4 and 24.0.5, most significantly (to the plugin) was the removal of Realm as a required search criteria. These realms are now handled internally based on the ResourceServer ID field.
