Add Microsoft edits to kubernetes-readiness-dod.md

This merge request has the Microsoft edits that Nic Chaillan requested - 2 columns for Azure K8 solutions and their details (e.g. AKS and ARO). I was just granted Developer access so I had to make changes locally in my own version of the file. Please merge my changes with the new file by replacing the current file.
