Updating VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.

Robert Van Voorhees requested to merge update-vmware-tanzu-kubernetes-grid into master

Hopefully resolves any confusion around product offerings by removing PKS Enterprise and only explaining the VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid offering. Existing customers with PKS subscriptions are automatically entitled to VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.
