This is the initial release of Ubuntu Pro STIG container image from Canonical. Initially the development was done in branch initial-submission. The commits were squashed into this branch (for-development-merge).

The container image name was changed from canonical/ubuntu-pro to canonical/ubuntu-pro-stig and I need to copy justifications I've posted for the former one to the latter one. I've just requested access to this new container image in VAT tool (https://vat.dso.mil/vat/container/18421) but I don't yet have access to submit justifications. I'll do that once I get it.
