This is the initial submission to the repo. I have addressed issues in the VAT. We are building based off the UBI 8 image and then installing our NSO software. We have 2 users ncsuser and ncsadmin along with the default root account. I have given descriptions of the mounts in the README file and we are doing the NSO installation in the /opt/ncs dir on the container.
