Fix server zip 20210910

Execution of the IB pipeline on our latest working branch came back clean with 0 un-inherited vulnerabilities. Please merge to development branch (and then to master to save a separate issue/MR?) so that we can get a clean Iron Bank / Registry1 updated image.
