refinement: Base on JRE8 vs. JDK8, Upgrade OSEE Server, Fix Helm deployment readiness check port

Continuous monitoring popped new CVEs. This build incorporates updated dependencies into the server which should at least partially address/resolve the new findings. Would like to see what the pipeline says is the residual CVE work to do. While I was at it, moved to JRE8 vs. JDK8 to reduce overall attack surface, and fixed nit in helm deployment.
