Please merge Development branch onto master

Pipeline #822987: Container image was been updated and scans with vulnerabilities that have been justified. Working branch 'update_server_20220225' was merged into 'development' but just needs to be merged onto master now so that we can get an "official" rebuild and rescan. Thank you!
