#54 repackage new version with sha update

There is an Import Artifact step which is retrieving a bad checksum for v 0.1.17 on the mathjax asset. When v0.1.18 was attempted there were still import issues. The v0.1.18 had been repackaged into our artifact bucket some time ago; this is a brand new repackage and upload of assets for v0.1.19.
