Tested via local renovate run.

However, version.txt has the following:

# NOTE: You MUST manually update the repository for new versions

# renovate: datasource=docker depName=golang
GOLANG_VERSION=1.19.10

Not sure if that's a caution against automatic renovation or just an indication that it hadn't been done yet?
