Comments & Concerns

We are moving from one repository into versioned tags that will track various release lines. Currently this is roughly the same as what is in terraform/terraform which will be deprecated in favor of this. We will also replace the docker container from hashicorp/terraform/terraform to hashicorp/terraform.
