Comments & Concerns

We are moving from one repository that tracks latest into versioned tags (similar to istio) that will track various release lines. Currently this is roughly the same as what is in vault/vault which will be deleting in favor of this. We will also move the docker container from hashicorp/vault/vault to hashicorp/vault.
