What is your Merge about?

Updating NeuVector Controller container to 4.4.2 and removing CVE's in images.

NOTE: I am told CVE finding CVE-2020-1712 by twistlock_cve, for systemd-239-51.el8_5.3 is inherited from the UBI8 8.4 base image.
