Addresses #3 (closed)

Updates the packages and the base image of the container to the latest and mitigates internal NodeJS package issues.

  • Updates package.json to use later version of maptiles to push sqlite3 version forward due to CVE
  • Updates base image to use latest nodejs16 tag and inherit updated packages
