Scan-artifacts: clamav-scan failing because large list of dependencies take longer than 1hr job timer

Current Behavior

clamAV scan fails when job reaches 1 hour

Expected Behavior

clamAV should scan all items to completion

Possible Solution

Increase the job timer from 1 hour to 2 hours. This job scans in alphabetical order, and times out "in the U's" so adding just an hour should allow the scan to complete.
