Iron Bank will be replacing the old container signing certificate with the new container signing certificate. No additional action is required. Users can find additional information regarding the certificate rotation and container signature verification here and here.
Changing base image to UBI 9.3 and changing renovate to be a comment object instead of just #'ed out text. Hoping this will solve renovate from trying to flag it as an improper configuration.
