Summary
JDK is unpacked into the wrong path.
Steps to reproduce
Launch the container and look for JDK files with find
. E.g.,
> nerdctl run --rm -it --entrypoint /bin/bash registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/opensource/debian/java-21:21.0.2
I have no name!@22a142f79801:/$ find / -name java.security 2>/dev/null
/conf/security/java.security
What is the current bug behavior?
JDK is unpacked to /
(i.e., effectively JAVA_HOME=/
).
What is the expected correct behavior?
JDK should be unpacked to /usr/local/jdk
Possible fixes
Change the working directory here:
