fluent-bit:3.0.2 multi-arch for Big Bang release 2.26

I submitted a MR to build fluent-bit:3.0.0 multi-arch when fluent-bit was tagged at 3.0.3 and it was merged to main. After the multi-arch image was made the repo was updated to 3.0.3 without building 3.0.2. 3.0.2 is needed for Big Bang release 2.26.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
