Fix usability
Currently, the work directory (/opt/app-root/src) is owned by root:root. This is an issue as the tool (molecule) needs to create directories as temporary cache directories when it's called. It currently does not have the permissions to do so.
By allowing default ownership of the one folder, it makes the system more usable.
