first redo of NGINX container: this container was previously based on an s2i image; in order to get NGINX completed, s2i must first be completed, and there is a possibility that this might be more specifically for Openshift than other orchestrators. Additional NGINX container could be later added that's based on s2i; this container is now based from scratch on ubi7
