removed default entries that ship with openldap by deleting /etc/openldap/slapd.d/cn*

fixed /etc/openldap/ldap.conf by echoing result of SED simplified slapadd/ldapadd commands as ppolicy, config, rootpw, cosine, nis and inetorgperson is part of $LDIF_SETUP run slapadd for $LDIF_INIT
