Building From Source

Image was having conflict with Postgres-alpine base image. Needed to build from source to get postgis running correctly

This will update #17 (closed) but I will open another issue to see if I cant get postgis image (https://registry.hub.docker.com/r/postgis/postgis/) working for alpine.
