This is to keep UBI from bumping the redhat-release version. In the past it has happened where a new version has come out and due to the microdnf update 8.6 was bumped to 8.7 so we do not have 8.6 in registry1.

Iron Bank will be replacing the old container signing certificate with the new container signing certificate. No additional action is required. Users can find additional information regarding the certificate rotation and container signature verification here and here.
