Updating from UBI 8.6 to 8.7

What is your Merge about?

Nothing major changed, just updated the Dockerfiles and hardening_manifest to pull 8.7 instead of 8.6. I also pulled from development as it seems something minor had changed from your end just to avoid that having to be redone.
