Hello there

as discussed with the SQ LTS now out of the picture we want to bring a sonar-scanner-cli image to the iron bank as well ( also see issue #1 (closed) ). The sync mechanism is following the same approach as the other images that are already in the iron bank. In terms of findings and justifications i currently can only see issues that need to be fixed upstream (all findings are rpm packages).
