Update image tag

Summary

Platform 1 is unable to pull the updated image with the current tag due to it already being cached in the builder nodes.

Steps to reproduce

Run the Platform 1 pipeline.

What is the current bug behavior?

An older cached image is being used.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The pipeline should be using an up to date image .

Possible fixes

We are incrementing the version tag of our container in order to force the pipeline to use the most up to date image
