The below should be sub/child-epics within this parent epic
- Updates to tooling that require new versions but may introduce breaking changes (kpt)
- Updates to processes to remove or optimize CI
- Updates to CI components
- Updates to renovate processes to further automation workflows
- Updates to externally facing documentation for how to accomplish known Big Bang deployment scenarios
