Problem:

• Big Bang has several repositories using very similar code for Terraform
• Some of this code is never tested unless a rebuild of an environment is necessary which does not happen often, but is painful when it does occur.

Objective:

Create a new repository to hold terraform modules

• Refactor existing environment repositories to use new modules.
• Investigate feasibility of using these modules in existing nightly pipelines enabling us to have more confidence in them functioning as expected.
