Update check cves logic image+finding status changes

Description

Update check-cves to support new finding statuses from VAT and the removal of accreditations.

Also, add selenium as a dev dep for poetry because @kenneth.maguire forgot to 😬

Risk

Low: changes to check cves shouldn't affect other parts of the pipeline, unless check cves fails unexpectedly

Rollback Plan

Create hotfix to allow check cves to fail
