Update chore_findings.py

Description

This MR supports #962 (closed) as a vendor is not getting chore tickets created in their repo and getting an error in the pipeline

Risk

Chore tickets do not created for anyone if an error gets thrown due to new code getting added.

Rollback Plan

Revert code to previous "working" code

Testing

Testing in staging with repo that is failing to see that a chore ticket gets created with new code
