Have passthrough mode use DOCKER_AUTH_FILE_PULL

  • Enables passthrough-mode to pull images from private vendor repositories with a DOCKER_AUTH_FILE_PULL CI/CD variable rather than using a username and password. The CI/CD variable will be set at the project level to override the variable set at the DSOP level.
