Anchore reanalyze images
Due to the errors seen this morning by Anchore, some CHT members are submitting the same images for reanalysis which is failing on the Anchore stage because the images are already sitting in the Anchore DB.
Adding the --force flag to the anchore-cli add command so that it tell Anchore to reanalyze an image.
