Need to update the date format used in the timestamp filed of documentation.json to fix build sorting on Iron Bank Front End (IBFE). Also updated export of IMAGE_TAR_SHA as noticed by @ariel.shnitzer (was MAGE_TAR_SHA) to fix missing SHA in manifest.json.
