Resolve "Method for whitelisting ClamAV false positives"

Allows for use of whitelist file for ClamAV false positives. Must set a CI variable within a project, CLAMAV_WHITELIST, to a value and the pipeline will check if the variable exists. If the ClamAV variable exists, we use the whitelist file in this job.
