Iron Bank will be replacing the old container signing certificate with the new container signing certificate. No additional action is required. Users can find additional information regarding the certificate rotation and container signature verification here and here.

The https://vat.dso.mil/p1/container API is now (mostly) public.

In cluster this API is now at: http://backend.ironbank-vat.svc.cluster.local:8080/p1/container

This was a breaking change with the VAT backend release 1.8.3. See ironbank-bootstrap deployment: https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/private/big-bang/ironbank/ironbank-bootstrap/-/issues/335.
