removed spaces in stage and job names and replaced them with dash, removed ironbank tag and added ironbank-dsop-privileged tag to openscap compliance (keeping ironbank tag there for now too).

This needs to be merged AFTER the new runners are up, or at the earliest, after Gitlab is upgraded and runners are paused.
