Resolve "Add unit test package and job to pipeline's pipeline"

Add unit-testing job to the pipeline, add trufflehog history command parsing unit test and slow integration test, update trufflehog for unit test, and add needs to all pipeline ci jobs to allow them to run independently.

Successfully tested using pipeline's ci.
