Print the anchore version to the console

Michael Simmons requested to merge anchore-version-logging into development

Change from James Petersen. "Currently the anchore version is saved to an artifact which is clunky to download if someone wants to quickly check which version of anchore the results are coming from. This change just prints the version to the console before saving it to a file.
