Adding --mkhomedir option to idm-server-install command

Johnny Ayissi requested to merge 220-modify-idm-install-to-include-mkhomedir-for-idm-users into master

This branch is to add idm-server-install option '--mkhomedir'. I am not changing the code base, just cleanup to make the code look cleaner. This has been test via molecule as I am not adding new feature or code.
