Update sonar.properties

We were able to force user authentication in Sonarqube by adding sonar.forceAuthentication=true to sonar.properties. Though simple and effective, there are some small concerns

• Though Force User Authentication is enabled, the settings page on Sonarqube's UI shows it as disabled
• You cannot disable Force User Authentication from the UI
• There's the possibility that this feature won't be supported in future versions
