Add guide for changing sign-on method

Adds a guide for users that want to manually change their sign-on method. Example can be viewed at https://shred86.github.io/p1sso/. Added a sentence with a link to the sign-on method change guide to the last part of the main guide.

Also, fixes some minor issues with a menu icon on mobile devices.
